  • 240g Flour
  • 240g Wholewheat flour
  • 10g Yeast
  • 10ml Sugar
  • 7ml Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Water
  • Pizza Toppings


  1. Add flours together & make a well in the middle, add oil & salt.
  2. Put yeast in a bowl with about 250ml of water & sugar to activate.
  3. Add yeast mixture to flour. (Circle with finger from center outwards to mix)
  4. Add additional water as required to start kneading.
  5. Knead till shiny & elastic.
  6. Put in bowl with little flour at bottom, cover with a cloth and leave for about 15 to 30 minutes. (It should roughly double in size)
  7. Once the dough has risen, pat it lightly to knock out the air.
  8. Seperate into 4 equel sized balles and roll each to form the pizza bases.
  9. Add pizza toppings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 220C.

Note: You can freeze the dough balls at step 8 if you dont need all of them.
