  • carrots 1 cup
  • chicken boiled chopped 2 cups
  • cabbage 3/4 cup
  • potato cut in small cubes 1-1/4 cup
  • soy sauce 4 tbsp for whole mixture
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp for chicken
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp for carrots
  • salt 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1-1/4 tsp
  • white vinegar 3 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • spring rolls sheets 1 packet


 grate carrots keep them in a strainer add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp salt.mix well set aside for 10-15 minutes. after 15 minutes press them with hands and drain all juices. throw this juice,but do not press to hard, set aside carrots. cut potatoes in very small cubes. fry them golden brown. set aside. boil chicken with 3 cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. chop it in a chopper. set a side. finely cut cabbage.set a side. heat a wok with 4tbsp oil in it. add prepared carrots. stir for 1-2 minutes on high heat. in this procedure heat should be high . now add chicken, cabbage, potatoes,
salt 1tsp, soy sauce 4tbsp, white vinegar 3tbsp, Chinese salt MSG 1tbsp, black pepper 1-1/2 tsp. turn off the heat mix well. let this mixture completely cool. take 2 tbsp of plain flour. mix with water ,make slightly thick paste. This will act as gum in our rolls. take spring roll sheets,
keep 2tbsp of this mixture on it and fold it  at end , apply flour paste and seal it as shown in  seal it very carefully because in frying if oil goes inside, all spring roll mixture and oil will ruin. now freeze them or fry them. you can make 25-30 rolls from this mixture. fry them in hot oil.
serve with chili garlic sauce or plain ketchup.
