Ingredients


  • 2 lemons
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cl milk
  • 50g flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • 80g sugar

Method


 
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Separate the whites from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites firm snow.
2 Beat yolks with 50g sugar, the juice and zest of a lemon.

Stir in flour, 40g cornflour and egg whites.
Pour this mixture on parchment paper.

Bake 7 minutes so that the cake is golden and just can peel off easily.
Whisk with a yellow 30g sugar and the juice and zest of the second lemon.

Pour milk over heated.
Mix the preparation with 10g cornflour while the cooking over low heat.

Spread the cake to pour the preparation.
Roll the cake.

 
Refrigerate 2 hours minimum.
