  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Stir fry veggie mix
  • 1 can of pine apple pieces
  • Stir fry noodles
  • Soy sauce


  1. Chop chicken breasts into pieces and fry in a little oil until done - put aside.
  2. Add veggie mix to pan and fry.
  3. Cook stir fry noddles according to packet instructions and add to stir fry.
  4. Add some soy sauce according to taste, fry for 2 minutes then serve.
