  • ready rolled puff pastry sheet 375 gm
  • chicken 150 gm
  • red capsicum 1/4
  • orange capsicum 1/4
  • green onion 2
  • green chili 1
  • potatoes 2 small
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • cheddar cheese 1 cup or as required
  • egg for brushing


Preheat the oven to 200 C. Cut capsicum in small cubes, finely chop green chili, cut green onion, cut chicken in very small cubes, cut potatoes in small cubes. fry potatoes, set aside. heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil with 1 tsp garlic and cubed chicken. Stir on high heat until chicken changes its colour. Now add capsicum, green onion ,green chili, Italian seasoning, salt ,black pepper, soy sauce ,stir on high heat for 10 seconds. add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and fried potatoes mix well turn off the heat. Let it cool for 5 minutes.  unroll puff pastry sheet, cut 4 long strips. . brush the edges with beaten egg, place strips on it ,again brush with egg wash.  layer chicken and vege mixture on it. add cheddar cheese on top.Bake it in 200 C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
