Honey, Mustard and Citrus Glazed Port Chops

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tarragon leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and milled pepper


  1. Grate orange peel in a bowl
  2. Mix half the orange juice into the bowl and add pork chops
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sear chops on both sides
  4. Add remaining ingredients, season, cover and cook for about 10 minutes

Note: Good with rice and vegetables
