  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 baby lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices bread, white or brown
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Fry chicken in a little oil until done
  2. Combine cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add cooked chicken

Make a sandwich by combining the lettuce and the mixture made above.

Note: To keep fresher, place the mixture and the lettuce in a small container with a spoon and make the sandwich during the day.
