Chicken and Rice Balls


Great with left over roast chicken

  • 1 cup cooked left over chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 extra large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • olive oil for frying


  1. Mix all ingredients together except oil
  2. Season to taste
  3. Roll mixture into balls
  4. Heat 2cm of oil in a large saucepan and fry in batches until golden brown
  5. Drain on kitchen town
