  • 600g of flour
  • 100g soft butter

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 15 cl of warm milk
  • 1 sachet of dried baker's yeast


In a glass , mix the yeast with the sugar in a little warm water. Let stand 10 minutes to activate the yeast
Meanwhile, in a mixing vessel with the warm milk 1 egg . In a bowl , pour the flour, salt and add the mixture containing yeast. Mix well.Pour milk mixture + egg. Mix well. Add butter and knead well for a nice soft dough and held . Cover with a cloth and let dough rest your 1 hour at room temperature or in the oven
After this time, degas your dough ( this means the repétrir to remove any gas). Preheat oven to 180 ° C or gas mark 6 . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Collect a dough piece of the size of a plum . Give it as a long sausage roll and this roll on itself. Drop on your hob.
