Ingredients


  • 500 g of flour or semolina
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 300 ml of warm water

Method


Mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste .
 Knead the dough by hand or with mixer . Divide dough into 4 balls and let rise for about 30 minutes   After this time flatten each ball with the hands trying to form circles with a diameter of about 15 cm and a thickness of 3-4 cm .   Let stand for 15 minutes in a warm place .   Heated a crepe pan without adding seasoning and bake bread every 5 minutes per side.
